  • 2 cups/300gms Chicken (leg boneless, diced)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Green chilly
  • 1/2 cup Cheese cubed (semi hard like edam, gouda, cheddar)
  • Handful of Coriander chopped
  • Handful of Mint leaves
  • A pinch of Pepper powder
  • A large pinch Nutmeg powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

  1. Pat dry the chicken with a kitchen towel to remove any excess moisture. Now add the chicken with he rest of the ingredients in the Press the preset button and press down to select wet soft, then select coarse and press start.
  2. Once the machine stops, open the lid and check the If it is too chunky, repeat the process. Now remove the mixture in a bowl. Apply little water in your hands and make patties from the mince. Heat a pan and add oil, shallow fry the kebabs on both sides.
  3. Serve hot.

Note - If using the manual mode, grind at medium speed for approximately one minute to get the correct mince.
