I bought my mixer in 2022, and lugged it all the way to Switzerland where I live. The lid of the small jar immediately broke, and the jar is useless. Last year when I was in India I searched only for the lid with no avail. Wrote to the company, again no response, now am at a loss what to do with this mixer, I have spent an arm and a leg leg, I could have got 4 mixers in that money. Hope this company pays some heed and atleast provide us the spare lids.

I purchased this mixer about 4 years ago. Its good for making dosa batter. And maybe for making things like peanut butter. But for many other things - like chutneys etc. its not so great. While they say `unconditional guarantee' etc. service is terrible. In the first year the `unbreakable jar' broke. Then the covers are rather flimsy and broke - and are quite expensive to replace (1000 bucks when I last checked).

Please do not buy this product. They have no after sales service, which means no service centre other than in some remote place like Bhivandi. They have no spares available with them. You have to pack your non working mixer grinder and courier it to Bhiwandi without expecting it to come back soon. The first message you will receive from them is spares not available at the moment. Very very poor after sales and customer care service
