Purchased air fryer oven . Upon first use, air fryer made weird noise very noisy. I called customer care and they picked it for the service and replaced the product with new one because they received damaged product. But with replacement I got old and damaged product. They said they will replaced it again. It’s been over two weeks no replacement is done yet. they are just trying to avoid the replacement and keep saying the pick up will be done tomorrow morning . They sent me screenshots of thebludart pick up request and they Confirm that they will pick it up today and tomorrow. I have registered a complaint with the consumer court . Company is making false promises and fooling customers. They are sending faulty products to the people. I have seen many bad reviews against the products of Hamilton beach on many social platforms. wish I had seen them before.

I wish I could rate this product a ZERO Awful post-purchase product experience! I bought this item on Amazon. Upon first use, the air fryer was very noisy. I sent it for servicing, and it took 18 days to receive a replacement product, which also doesn't function. Now, they want me to return this second product, and then they'll send a new one. They don't take the customer seriously. How can two new products be faulty? Consider carefully before making a purchase!

Thanks to the recessed bump-out shape on the back panel and also saves a ton of electricity to not have to preheat a large oven for such a small pizza. The convection setting also bakes a frozen pizza crust to a perfect crispness! The suggested settings for toasting bread slices are also spot-on for how I like mine golden brown.
