INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- A dollop of Butter
- Maple syrup as accompaniment
DIRECTIONS
Your HB Pro Juicer Mixer Grinder is the only machine you need to make a smooth batter in no time.
- Add oats into the grinder and grind to a fine powder using Preset function, Dry and Fine function. Now add all the ingredients except butter and maple syrup and make into a batter which is thick but pouring consistency using Wet Hard and Fine function. Adjust the consistency a little with milk if required. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a little batter into the center
- Allow It to cook for 2 mins. Drizzle melted butter and flip the pancake to cook on the other side. Drizzle butter again. Once done remove and serve with maple syrup.
Note - If using the manual mode, grind at high speed for approximately 20 seconds to get the smooth batter.
