Watermelon Lemonade

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product: Blenders

  • 4 cups (about 2 lbs) seedless watermelon, cut into 2" pieces
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups Simple Sugar Syrup (recipe below)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
Simple Sugar Syrup:
  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  1. Bring water and sugar to boil in medium saucepan over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Refrigerate until cold.


  1. Place Simple Sugar Syrup, fresh lemon juice and watermelon pieces in blender jar.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Fill tall glasses with ice. Pour Watermelon Lemonade over ice and garnish glasses with lemon wedges.
