Chocolate & Peanut Clusters

Slow Cookers

  • 8 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, separate blocks
  • 8 oz German baking chocolate, separate blocks
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 lbs dry roasted peanuts, lightly salted
  • 24 oz semisweet chocolate chips


1.  Spray 6 Qt. crock with cooking spray
2.  Add chocolate blocks and cover
3.  Melt chocolate on HIGH for 30 minutes
4.  Add cinnamon, pour in peanuts and top with chocolate chips
5.  Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour.

6.  Using a spoon or small ice-cream scoop, drop clusters onto parchment paper.
7.  Allow to cool completely (4-6 hours).

Yield: 100 2-inch clusters
