Ingredients:
200gm Chilli Chicken
150gm Penne Pasta
100gm Red Bell Pepper, diced
100gm Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
100gm Green Capsicum, diced
80gm Peanut, roasted
100gm Onion, diced
100ml Spicy Tamarind Dressing
CHILLI CHICKEN
200gm Chicken Thigh, boneless
5gm Salt
5ml Soy Sauce
2ml Ginger Juice
2gm Garlic, chopped
SPICY TAMARIND DRESSING
80gm Tamarind Paste
15gm Red Chilli Powder
5gm Garlic Paste
3gm Cumin Powder
2gm Sugar
3gm Salt
Directions:
Take the chicken thigh. Cut into small pieces. Add salt, Soy Sauce, ginger juice, chopped garlic. Cook in the oven for 8–10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Roast the bell peppers and onions in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
In a pan, add tamarind paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar, water and salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes till it becomes thick in consistency.
Boil the pasta and refresh it in the running water.
