Avocado Cream La Royale

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Product:
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Juice of one large lemon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup finely ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup white rum


  1. Peel the avocados, removing pits from the center; chop into cubes (1/2-inch).
  2. Place the avocado cubes into the blender jar, along with lemon juice, sugar, cream, almonds, and rum.
  3. Mix all ingredients at high speed until you obtain a delicate light green mousse.
  4. Pour into fruit cups and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
