Food Adventure # 38 - Steam Fish with Chilli Oyster sauce

Course:

Products: Indoor Grills, Hand Mixers, Food Adventure, Blenders, Toaster Ovens

Ingredients:

  • Sliced fisg – 200gm
  • Oyster sauce – 30ml
  • Light soya sauce – 15ml
  • Sugar- 5gm
  • Chopped garlic – 5gm
  • Chopped ginger- 5gm
  • Finely chopped fresh red chilli – 2.5gm
  • Seasame oil – 5ml
  • Spicy onion – 10gm (finely chopped)
  • Ginger sliced (fine)- 5 gms
  • Browned garlic – 5gms

Directions:

  • Mix ingredients 2 to 8 well. This is the sauce
  • Lay the fish fillet in a greased glass baking dish in one layer
  • Pour all the sauce over the fish. Cover dish with silver foil
  • Bake in moderate oven for 15 mins
  • Uncover garnish with spicy onion, brown garlic and fine sliced ginger & serve immediately
