Food Adventure # 28 - Parle-G Milkshake

- 100gm Parle-G Biscuit
- 100gm Vanilla Ice Cream
- 200ml Full-cream Milk
- 30gm Toffee Sauce (readymade)
- 20gm Whipped Cream
- 3 Ice Cubes
- 1000ml Liquid Nitrogen
- Add milk, toffee sauce, ice cream and ice cubes a blender with milkshake attachment.
- Blend them until thick.
- Break Parle-G biscuits into small pieces.
- Add liquid nitrogen on it until they are completely frozen and firm.
- Serve the milkshake in tall glass, topped with whipped cream and Parle-G Pebbles.
