Food Adventure # 23 - Moroccan Mint Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Gunpowder green tea leaves
  • 10 gms Mint Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 120 ml Hot water

Directions:

  • heat water in Hamilton kettle
  • Steep the gunpowder green tea leaves (in hot water) for 2-3 minutes
  • Add hand torn mint leaves and honey
  • Serve hot in a glass cup
