  • 3 Garlic Bread Slices

         Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Topping

  • 50gm Tomato
  • 5gm Basil, julienned
  • 15gm Mozzarella Cheese, cut in fine cubes
  • 5ml Olive Oil
  • 3gm Salt
  • 2gm Black Peppercorns, crushed 

        Olive Pate And Grilled Ccttage Cheese Topptng

  • 30gm Black Olive, whole & deseeded
  • 3gm Salt 
  • 2gm Black Peppercorns, crushed 
  • 30gm Cottage Cheese, cut in cubes
  • 15ml Olive Oil

        Wild Mixed Mushrooms Topping

  • 10ml Olive Oil
  • 30gm Mushroom, cut in cubes
  • 10gm Shiitake Mushroom, chopped
  • 3gm Salt 
  • 5gm Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2gm Black Peppercorns, crushed 
  • 5gm Garlic, chopped



  • Blanch the tomato and remove the skin. Deseed the tomato. Cut into small cubes.
  • Prepare the topping by mixing tomato, basil, Mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Prepare the olive pâté by grinding black olives, salt, and olive oil. Make a smooth paste.
  • Marinate the cottage cheese with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill in the indoor grill, then cut in small cubes.
  • Take olive oil, sauté garlic. Add the mix mushrooms, and sauté till tender. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Take the three slices of garlic bread and dry roast in the toaster for 2 minutes.
  • Drizzle olive oil on the toasted bread. Apply each of the toppings on single slices of bread.
  • Serve the bruschetta platter.
